This author has a special knack for telling a great story but is not a great writer. Still, I very highly recommend this series because I always, always enjoy the stories that are told. The worldbuilding is fantastic and the characters are interesting and varied. If you are a stickler for perfect grammar and cannot accept lots of errors, especially regarding misused or varying tense, then this is definitely not the author for you. If you can get past that though, this is a great author to read. The pacing is wonderful and the story is very balanced. These are traits found in all books in this series. I definitely consider this series one that I will read again. I have of enjoyed every book in it up to this point.
